Training Videos on COVID-19 for Food Processing Employees

In collaboration with CCE Harvest NY, the Dairy Foods Extension Program and the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University, we are pleased to announce the release of free, 10-minute training videos for food processing employees. This training is available in both English and Spanish and covers background information about the virus causing COVID-19 as well as prevention and control strategies to mitigate the spread of the virus. Participants who watch the video and complete a knowledge-check will receive an email of completion that can be utilized as a training record. English and Spanish versions are available.
