The All-Hazards Preparedness and Response Education Program is composed of researchers at Cornell University, Cornell Cooperative Extension educators, emergency managers, and community officials across New York State who develop and disseminate evidence-based guidance on preparedness, response, and recovery after natural disasters and emergencies, assist with CCE emergency operations including FEMA ESF #11 – Agriculture and Natural Resources support, and conduct disaster research.

Welcome to the NY EDEN disaster education resources webpage. NY EDEN is an APREP initiative which hosts community education resources across the entire disaster cycle of preparedness, response, and recovery organized into five categories:
