Join the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence and the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University for a Q & A and facilitated discussion to address questions from the food industry on COVID-19. Speak directly to subject matter experts in sanitation, epidemiology, microbiology, virology, food safety culture, and the food safety of dairy foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and processed foods and beverages. This general session is applicable to fruit and vegetable growers and packers, packinghouse employees and operators, dairy foods processors, fruit and vegetable processors, food and beverage processors, regulators, association representatives, and educators. Office hours are free and open to anyone in the produce or food industry from farm to fork, but registration is required.
