Many food and agricultural operations have established safety protocols, including practices customers are asked to follow, to reduce risks related to COVID-19. This can create many challenges when managing customer relations. Join with food and agriculture industry members as well as university personnel to discuss strategies for successfully managing COVID-19 consumer interactions at retail, restaurants, farmers markets, u-picks, and greenhouses. This is open to anyone in the food industry from farm to fork. The webinar is free, but registration is required.
