Joined by colleagues from Rutgers University, United Fresh Produce Association, the University of Delaware, and the University of Florida, Cornell University produce safety professionals including members of the Produce Safety Alliance, Cornell Cooperative Extension, and the Department of Food Science will lead this session. Office hours are free and open to anyone in the produce or food industry from farm to fork, but registration is required.
