Cornell University dairy foods safety faculty will facilitate Dairy Foods Industry Virtual Office Hours in collaboration with the Dairy Foods Research Centers, the National Dairy Council and the New York Integrated Food Safety Center of Excellence. Colleagues from the Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Commercial Quality and Food Safety Solutions, Inc., Oregon State University, the University of Delaware, Utah State University, Dairy Management Inc., Ecolab, Inc., and Matrix Sciences International, Inc. will join the panel to address questions on COVID-19. This event is free and open to anyone in the food industry from farm to fork. Registration is required.
