Does your food business or farm have questions related to COVID-19? Join the Institute for Food Safety at Cornell University for a Q&A and facilitated discussion during their online Food Industry Office Hours, on April 30, from 4:00-5:00pm. Speak directly to Cornell University food safety experts in dairy, fresh fruits and vegetables, and processed foods and beverages. In addition to Cornell faculty, there are invited panelists with expertise in virology, cleaning and sanitation, and food safety culture and business continuity planning. Food Industry Office Hours are free and open to anyone in the food industry from farm to fork. You can submit questions in advance to foodsafety@cornell.edu or you can ask them live during the office hours.
